Opening Offer & Reload Bonuses - Terms and Conditions

1. Players are only eligible for one opening offer or reload at a time.  The opening offer bonus & reload bonus allows the player to determine which bonus they will receive, either the Tier 1,2,3 or 4 level of the bonus.
2. Each Tier of the bonus structure releases in $10 increments.
3. The bonus will be credited daily to players that qualify.  Players can contact the poker room to request the bonus be released in weekly or monthly intervals, or only release on completion of the full amount.
4. The reload bonus will be offered to existing players a maximum of four times per year.
5. The promotion period for each Tier of bonus is 90 days from the player’s first purchase.
6. Players are able to elevate their bonus status from Tier 1 to Tier 3 by making purchases within the first seven days promotion period.
7. If a player purchases between $20 & $100 within the first 7 days of the promotion period, they will automatically be assigned to Tier 1 and will be able to receive a maximum of 100% up to $100 in bonus money.  The player will receive $10 for every 100 loyalty points up to the maximum.
8. If a player purchases over $100 & less than $500 within the first 7 days of the promotion period, they will automatically be assigned to Tier 2 and will be able to receive a maximum of 100% up to $500 in bonus money.  The player will receive $10 for every 86 loyalty points up to the maximum bonus amount.
9. If a player purchases over $500 within the first 7 days of the promotion period, they will automatically be assigned to Tier 3 and will be able to receive a maximum of $1,000 in bonus money.  The player will receive $10 for every 75 loyalty points generated on $1/$2 tables and above, up to the maximum bonus amount.
10. The details of the Tier 4 opening bonus are available from support, and will only be disclosed once a purchase to the poker room has been confirmed.
11. Should a player not wish to receive a particular bonus (for example, a player purchases enough to qualify for Tier 3 but does not play on $1/$2 and above tables) they can contact the support desk to request a change of their bonus Tier.
12. Any player claiming one of the opening offers or reload bonuses effectively accepts these terms and conditions.

16. These offers may not be claimed in conjunction with any other promotions (excluding Leaderboard & Refer-A-Friend bonus) currently offered by PokerShare and is subject to ongoing review.
17. The General Terms & Conditions and the Promotional Terms & Conditions will also apply to all Opening Offer promotions. In the event of a conflict between any of the Terms & Condition the poker manager’s decision shall be final.

All Promotional Bonuses - Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all promotions and offers. In addition to these terms, please familiarize yourself with the specific conditions applicable to each promotion you are invited to participate.

The General terms & conditions shall apply to all interactions with PokerShare and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions.

By accepting our promotions and playing in the poker room, the player acknowledges terms and conditions have been read and agreed to.

For the purpose of all promotions, dates and times will be valid according to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) unless stated in the specific promotional terms and conditions.

Promotional Offers

Promotions are valid only for the period as specified in the promotional offer communications.

Only players invited to participate in specific promotions are eligible for a bonus. Invitations and offers are not transferable.

Only one bonus is applicable per promotion. Unless specifically stated otherwise, no two promotions can be used in combination. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled.

Irregularities between the name of the poker account holder and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make purchases with will invalidate any promotion offer.

PokerShare will be the sole judge of the promotional offer and reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified.

Promotions are subject to ongoing review, and PokerShare reserves the right to terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Each promotional rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect.

Only promotions specifically advertised on PokerShare's website will be honored by the poker room. Any promotional offer issued by any other party, including but not limited to affiliated persons or organizations, will not be recognized and are thus deemed invalid.

When the Bonus System is used for the promotion, the terms and conditions around the Bonus System will prevail.

A player is entitled to reverse a bonus out of their poker account, by way of email or telephone call, if they do not want a bonus. If wagers have taken place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or by request) until the wagering requirements associated with that bonus have been met.

Any promotion or giveaway by the poker room for any kind of merchandise or cash is not inclusive of any taxes, registrations, licensing, insurance, postage or delivery unless otherwise stipulated within the promotion terms and conditions.

The poker room reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. The poker room reserves the right to bar any persons abusing this promotion from receiving further promotional offers from the poker room, as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to a third party negative database.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, no withdrawal will be honored until a minimum purchase of $20 is made and the purchase and bonus are wagered in full.

The standard wagering required to withdraw are 100 raked hands from receiving a bonus.

The promotions at PokerShare are available to genuine players only, genuine players being ones that are active and participating in games with the intention of winning pots. Any attempt to abuse the spirit of this promotion may result in your account being suspended and the deduction of your SharePoints.

These offers are available only once per person, family, household address and/or email address. The poker room reserves the right to impose further limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where computers are shared (Example: university campus).

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to, and are binding upon you if you participate at the PokerShare poker room.

"The Player" means a Player who utilizes his own money to place wagers at the PokerShare poker room;

The "poker room" means the poker room situated at the poker room website and owned and/or operated by us;

By placing real wagers, the Player warrants that she/he is legally able to do so within his/her jurisdiction and that she/he accepts that we are unable to provide any warranties as to their legality or otherwise of their participation in real money play. The Player warrants that there are no legal or other restrictions against participation at poker room within his/her jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine if legal in his/her jurisdiction.

Participation

Participation at the Poker room is at your sole option, discretion and risk.

Player Responsibilities

The player fully understands and agree to become a party to and shall abide by all rules, terms and conditions contained herein as the sole set of rules pertaining to the use of the PokerShare ("the poker room") and that such rules, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time. The player shall be responsible for checking these terms and conditions regularly for any changes there to.

The player fully understands that by;

5. 5  Accepting any prize or award from the poker room; the player:
   
   1.5.1 warrants that all information provided by the player to the poker room is true and correct and acknowledges that, should it be discovered by the poker room that any information provided by the player is false, the poker room reserves the right to suspend the player's account, including the payout of any cash-ins, until the true position with regard to the player's identity is clarified.
   
   1.5.2 warrants that the player's interest in the poker room is personal, and not professional. Players entering the poker room do so solely for their own personal entertainment, and any other entrance, access, use, or re-use of the poker room by the player is strictly prohibited.
   
   1.5.3 warrants that the player is familiar with the rules of such game and acknowledges that the rules of each game are available through using the "Game Help" link in the poker room.
   
   1.5.4 is solely responsible for keeping his or her account number and password secure and secret. The player is responsible for allowing any direct or indirect third party to use their account(s) at the poker room, making use of the software, or to accept any prize from the poker room.
   
   1.5.5 shall not allow any third party including, without limitation, any minor (person under the age of majority stipulated in the clause immediately above), to play at the poker room using the player's poker account details. The player accepts full responsibility for the consequences of allowing such activity and, without derogating from the generality of any other indemnity contained herein, indemnifies and holds the poker room harmless in respect of any damages arising from the same.
   
   1.5.6 acknowledges that the poker software and all material visually or audibly presented to the player in the player's use of the poker room is either the intellectual property (including, but not limited to, copyright, domain name rights and trademarks) of the poker room or its licensor's and in this regard the player acknowledges they have no rights whatsoever to use or lay claim to any intellectual property belonging to the poker room and/or its licensors.
   
   1.5.7 agrees to not find our website, software, promotional or other material to be in any way offensive, indecent, objectionable or obscene.

The player will furnish personal details that are valid, accurate and complete in each and every respect and that you shall advise us immediately via e-mail should such details change;

The player understands that gambling is for entertainment value only and that the player is playing on their own accord. Player understands and acknowledges that no purchase is necessary or required to play at the poker room.

Acknowledges that participation at the poker room amounts to gambling, which carries the risk of losing money and warrants that the player is aware of such risks and that the player's participation at the poker room is entirely voluntary.

Strictly one real account per household, person, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school is permitted. Should PokerShare discover duplicate accounts, the less active account or newer account may be closed at the poker room’s discretion and any payouts requested from duplicate accounts will be considered void.

The player by providing their postal address, agrees to accept hardcopy correspondence from the poker room at such address from time to time, and acknowledges that such correspondence may carry conspicuous branding identifying the poker room. Likewise, if a player provides a phone contact, then they are giving expressed permission to contact the player by the same. If the player does not wish to receive hardcopy correspondence to their postal address, or to receive telephonic correspondence, then they may unsubscribe by clicking here.

Banking, Purchasing and Withdrawals

Our minimum poker room cash balance withdrawal is $/£/€50. Any amount less than $/£/€50 WILL NOT BE CASHED OUT, and will be credited back to your poker account.

In the event of the player applying for a real money account at our poker room, the Player in so doing authorizes us and / or our designated agent(s) to investigate his / her creditworthiness in connection with the aforementioned application and / or any subsequent purchases that the player might make at the poker room.

After your successful purchase you are able to play immediately. Your credit card will be billed immediately after purchase. Legal

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage in order to ensure the prohibition of play by minors.

Poker Room Policies

PokerShare employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising or other agencies, licensees, licensors, distributors and any other associated or affiliated companies are not eligible to play at the poker room. The same shall apply to the immediate families of any such persons.

The player indemnifies this poker room, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the player arising from any and all interaction with our poker room and/or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. Such action shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of:

• entry, use, or reuse of the poker room;
• use of any materials at the poker room;
• entry, use, or re-use of the poker room server;
• participation in any game at the poker room;
• the acceptance of any payout/prize from the poker room; or
• breach of any warranty given in terms of this agreement. or
• specifically related to the criminalization of online/internet wagering within the player's jurisdiction.

The poker room reserves the right to refuse access to the poker room of any person at any time.

The poker room also reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal they suspect are in anyway linked to fraudulent activity.

In the event of a Poker Room system malfunction all bets are void.

1. If no wagering activity takes place in your poker account for a period of 180 days, then the player understands that any balance in their account will be forfeited to the poker room.
2. If the name on your poker room account does NOT match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to the account, any winnings in that account will be VOID.

Privacy Policy
