TOURNAMENT CRASH POLICY

Cancellation of Tournament

1. In the unlikely event that a tournament that is in progress has to be canceled, and the tournament cannot be paused, postponed by a few minutes or re-scheduled for a later date, the following rules apply:
2. All current hands in play are canceled, and any chips in play are returned to the Players' chip counts.
3. If all Players are still in the tournament when the tournament is canceled, all buy-in amounts and entrance fees are refunded to the Players' accounts.
4. If Players have been eliminated from the tournament the following applies:
   • The remaining Players receive a refund of their buy-in amount.
   • The remaining Players receive a portion of the prize pool from all eliminated Players only. The amount each remaining Player receives is calculated proportionately, according to the chips the Player had at the time the tournament was canceled.

Important:

Players that are eliminated before the tournament is canceled receive no refunds, or any part of the prize pool.
