The Sidebar
The Sidebar to the left provides you with information on your own cards.
Once dealt, your hole cards will be on display in the top left hand corner.
Below this there will be series of statistics relating to these cards:
Pot Odds - This is a simple calculation of how much is in the pot against
how much you need to call.
Card Odds/Win % - These are your odds of winning against X number of hands.
These odds will increase and decrease depending of the number of opponents.
Opponents - Number of Opponents
Play Tips - An overall summary of the strength of your hand. This takes into
account your position and the number of opponents.
If opponent's cards are/Win % - Allows you to predict your opponent's hole
cards and your resulting chances of winning the hand.
-
Individual Player Stats
The small Sidebar to the left of each player provides you with information on your
opponents.
Hands - The number of hands tracked for that player.
Rank - Whether your opponent is winning or losing overall. A figure of greater
than one indicates a winning player, whereas a figure of less than 1 indicates a
losing player.
Style - Tracks how often (% of hands dealt) a player pays to see the flop.
Style rating goes from Very Tight (less than 10%) to Wildman (over 50% of hands
dealt).
Risk - This is a player's chances of winning a hand, based solely on his
previous won/lost hands. Risk rating goes from Low (Low chance of winning the hand)
to Extreme (There is an Extreme likelihood this player will win the hand).
Please note that you may see a question mark (?) before Style and Risk ratings.
This indicates to the user that the player has played fewer than 100 hands and therefore
the information may not be completely accurate.

should you wish to study them further.
Detailed stats on all your opponents will also be automatically stored in a separate
window.
Recommendations for Use
- Select your preferred games/stakes, open several tables (maximum 10) and let the
PokerShare Playmate watch them for as long as you like. In a few hours you will
have hundreds of hands recorded, so when you start to play you will have valid profiles
of your opponents.
- The best use of PokerShare PlayMate depends on your level of skill. A beginner will
pay more attention to the information on the Sidebar, a more experienced player
will pay close attention to the detailed information on his opponent's play.
